Write the job in one paragraph
Say who does the work today, what starts it and what a usable result contains. “We need to be AI-native” is not a paragraph. A bounded task is.
Ask for evidence, not a logo wall
A public talk, a permissioned case or a product page can help. A famous employer name is not a substitute. Keep confidential client detail out of the first exchange. GEOSTICH does not invent clients to decorate a proposal.
Separate advice, build and appearance
An adviser, an implementer and an on-camera presenter are different bookings. Do not combine them until each role has an output and a reviewer.
Set risk language before the demo
If the work involves an AI system, agree evaluation cases and a named human. NIST’s AI Risk Management Framework is a voluntary reference for considering risk. It is not a certification GEOSTICH issues.
Keep the responsible company visible
Your GEOSTICH inquiry goes to the GEOSTICH team. Fashion, hospitality or Thailand production may belong to another company. Any introduction is discussed; it is not automatic.
The working checklist
- One task and a current owner.
- Relevant evidence, no invented clients.
- Role type named.
- Reviewer and fallback.
- Company responsible for the inquiry.
