How this website handles an inquiry and optional audience measurement.

Updated 2026-09-19. This notice covers the GEOSTICH website.

Your inquiry

When you send a brief, we save the details you provide: contact and company information, service interest, message and any optional website, project locations, call preferences and time zone, timing, budget and currency, or portfolio information. We also save the submission time, inquiry reference, source information and the page used to inquire. We use this information to review and respond to the request, prepare a scope where appropriate and keep track of the conversation.

Storage and access

The inquiry is stored in a private lead register on Cloudflare. A notification is sent to the existing team inbox, which uses Google email. Access is limited to the people handling inquiries and the providers operating those services. Information may be processed outside your country. Each company handles its own inquiries. Choosing a link to another company opens that company’s website; it does not submit your details to that company. Any referral involving your inquiry is discussed with you. We do not publish your brief, sell your contact details or automatically add you to a marketing list.

Optional analytics

You can allow or decline optional usage measurement. If allowed, this site records aggregate counts of page visits and actions such as service views and form completion. Analytics do not contain the name, email, message or portfolio you enter. We also remember campaign source information for the current browser session. The analytics choice itself is stored locally for up to six months.

You can change the choice through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent sending an inquiry. Operational security checks and the inquiry record are separate from optional analytics.

Security and retention

Short-lived, one-way network-address hashes help limit abuse; raw network addresses are not stored in the lead register. These abuse records expire after one day and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Aggregate event counts are retained for up to thirteen months. Inquiry records are kept while needed to handle the conversation or an engagement; inactive records are subject to review. You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact route below, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Contact and choices

Use the inquiry form and identify the request as a privacy question. Please do not send passports, bank details, sensitive identification or confidential client files through this form.
