Each proposal specifies deliverables, review milestones, responsibilities, schedule and fees. Timelines depend on the brief, access, approvals and any talent or production availability.
A standard talent shortlist and a priority shortlist for rush briefs are separate engagements, with scope and fees agreed in writing before research begins. Shortlist fees are not credited against bookings. Talent bookings carry a booking commission on the agreed talent fee (commission structure on request), confirmed in writing before the booking. Managed creator campaigns, creator seeding and UGC talent teams are scoped and priced per brief.
