How it works
Send the brief and the hard deadline. A senior member of the team runs the search personally — portfolio review, availability checks and commercial terms — and returns the shortlist on the agreed rush timeline, with a direct line for questions while it is being built.
What you receive
Everything in the standard shortlist, prioritized: candidate profiles matched to the brief, availability against your dates, and the commercial basis for each — plus direct access to the person running the search until you decide.
Pricing
Priority shortlist scope, deadline and fees are agreed in writing before research begins. The shortlist fee is separate from a booking and is not credited against it. Booking from the shortlist carries the same commission on the agreed talent fee (commission structure on request), confirmed in writing before the booking. Priority handling covers senior attention on a rush timeline.

How fast is “priority”?
We agree the deadline with the brief. If we cannot hit your date, we say so before you pay.
Who runs a priority search?
A senior member of the GEOSTICH team, personally. That is what the premium covers: experienced judgment under time pressure.
Can a standard shortlist be upgraded?
Yes — if the search is already underway, paying the difference in fee upgrades it to priority handling for the remaining timeline.
What if the search comes up empty?
If we cannot produce a shortlist we stand behind, we refund the fee. The commitment is agreed before the search begins.
