A vetted shortlist.
A curated shortlist of specialist talent matched to your brief, reviewed for fit, availability and commercial terms.
In brief
GEOSTICH’s standard talent shortlist is a curated set of specialist talent matched to your brief. We review portfolios for fit, check availability against your dates, and present only people we would book ourselves. A booking commission applies only if you go on to book; commission structure on request.
How it works
Send the role, dates, deliverables, usage and budget range. We review permissioned portfolios and our network, check availability, and return a written shortlist — strongest candidates first, with honest notes on the trade-offs.
What you receive
A written shortlist with candidate profiles matched to the brief, availability windows, and the commercial basis for each. The shortlist is the product: there is no obligation to book, and no further fee unless you do.
Pricing
Shortlist scope and fees are agreed in writing before research begins. The shortlist fee is separate from a booking and is not credited against it. Booking from the shortlist carries a commission on the agreed talent fee (commission structure on request), confirmed in writing before the booking.
Questions, answered
How long does a standard shortlist take?
The timeline is agreed with the brief. If the timeline is tighter, the priority shortlist is built for rush briefs.
Do I have to book anyone from the shortlist?
No. The shortlist fee covers research and curation. A booking is a separate decision, confirmed only after fit, availability and terms are agreed.
What if nobody on the shortlist fits?
We say so plainly and either widen the search or narrow the brief with you. A shortlist that does not fit is not a shortlist.
Is the shortlist fee credited against a booking?
No — the shortlist and the booking are separate products. The commission applies only to the talent fee when you book.
Start with the brief.
Send the role, dates and deliverables. We return a vetted shortlist on the timeline agreed with the brief — and you only pay a commission if you book.
